A szerdai képviselő-testületi ülés különleges bejelentéssel vette kezdetét. Krix Lajos polgármester tájékoztatta a jelenlevőket, hogy Ladányi Péter képviselő az ülés előtt benyújtott nyilatkozatában – 3 év aktív képviselői munka után – lemondott képviselői tisztségéről. Ladányi Péter saját blogján is elérhetővé tett nyilatkozatában több helyi nehézséggel indokolta döntését, amik már egyenként is komoly hátráltató tényezői lehetnek egy önálló képviselő felelős és odaadó munkájában, nemhogy együttesen.
Krix Lajos a nyilatkozat bejelentése után elmondta, hogy Tinnye Község Önkormányzatának Képviselő-testülete mostantól nem 7, hanem csupán 6 fős, de ez természetesen ideiglenes állapot.
Az ilyenkor szokásos eljárás – azaz a 2010. évi L. tv. 21. § (1) bekezdése – szerint a jelen ciklust meghatározó 2019-es önkormányzati választáson szavazatot szerzett többi képviselő-jelölt a választáson elért szavazataik száma szerinti csökkenő sorrendben lesznek felkérve, és az töltheti be a megüresedett tisztséget, amelyik sorrendben először mond igent a felkérésre. Ha felidézzük a 3 évvel ezelőtti választási eredményeket, az alábbi személyek az alábbi sorrendben számíthatnak a hivatal megkeresésére:
Geszler István Márton, 249 szavazat
Rónaszéki Róbert, 228 szavazat
Dr. Várkonyi Péter Iván, 219 szavazat
Czuczor Szabolcs, 213 szavazat
Kiss Gizela, 170 szavazat
György Attila, 160 szavazat
Nagy László, 141 szavazat
Bódi István, 132 szavazat
Lőrincz László, 86 szavazat
Dr. Bölcskei János László, 68 szavazat
Kurgyis Gábor György, 58 szavazat
Tinnyén ugyanilyen, sorrendiség alapján történő bejutásra nem sokkal a választás után is volt példa. Ekkor a 323 szavazattal megválasztott Dr. Molnár Ede Levente mondott le váratlanul tisztségéről, így helyét a 260 szavazatot elérő Darázs Lászlóné vehette át.
